Congrats. I had my third son 4 months ago. the first 6 mnths are the hardest it does get easier.
You may be able to get a dublicate title from the NJ/NY? registry. If there anything like MA your screwed. Hold onto this guys money and dont worry about the ebay rating, people will see hes a jerk. Let the post office find the letter. This guy could be scamming you.
