In my state, I get to keep the money and resell the item if the buyer does not collect the item in a reasonable length of time (sixty days). I suggest that you just sit tight, and head over to the appropriate office in a litle while and get new paper on the trailer and sell it to somebody else. I've had pretty good success selling items to the second highest bidder on Ebay when the first bidder failed to complete a transaction (and I have to say as well, I have never had a problem with a Power Wagon or MV buyer, just on other stuff...).
