1966 Townwagon exhaust

I have a set of exhaust manifolds on the way from Chris Lube Lublin and I need to know what type of manifold gaskets I should use and where can I get them. Also, any suggestions on removing the manifold bolts without breaking them. I have been soaking them down with PB Blaster. The manifolds have never been off the truck so Im nervous about breaking them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
