This is of great interest to me because I have three cabs and all three exhibit cracking. Most current production body mounts use a soft durometer rubber cup and ball design. Through the center bolt a guide tube is used to align the whole mount. I am going to see if I can adapt this type of mount and prevent further destruction of my sheet metal.
