Do you have a manual that covers brake adjustment?? If so read carefully, you have to adjust them with the wheels off, and view the clearance between the drum and shoe through the little inspection hole on the drum. Take your time. This procedure is time consuming if done right. These trucks can stopp very, very well when the shoes are adjuxted right. Get a service manual it makes jobs like this way easier and you know you are doing it right.
