I've got a 48 Detroit built truck with the 11 leaf front springs with the split leaf. I also had the springs out of my 50 San Leandro truck and they also had this split leaf design. I do remember seeing a part number stamped on the very bottom leaf but didn't make note of it. In my parts book it shows a picture of a rear spring pack with the split leaf but the front spring picture only shows the 8 leaf standard spring. The parts book is the revised feb 48 D-12004 model series WDX.
