You'll notice there's a flywheel from the original 230 in my M-37 and the one from the '55 Dodge 270 Hemi that's going in it. You'll notice the starters, the M-37 has with the push start switch, and the front motor mount from the Hemi. Those familiar with the 230 know the motor mount looks the same just a little wider angle and length. I was eyeballing the original four-speed and the back of the hemi... and... from LOOKING... they should be a perfect match. This is a '54 Dodge M-37 and a '55 Dodge car, but it's early Dodge technology and everything is looking too easy. But, as I mentioned, I'm sure Murphy is around the corner!
