That does make sense the way you explain it, but I am certain more axles are broken with lockers than without. I am as sure of that as I am sure a lot more trucks get stuck without lockers than with them. I wouldn't let that stop me, though.

A locker makes a huge difference in off-road performance. I'm having trouble getting one to work without breaking, but I like it so much I am not about to stop trying.

Everyone should call Richmond Gear, who curently makes the Lock-Right, and tell them to update their installation instructions. I sent them a copy of the old (better) instructions Tim gave me and a letter asking them to provide better instructions for Dodges.
