No.
It depends upon the application of the 360, but most 1972 360's produced 170 HP @ 4,000 rpm stock. Not near as good as a 318 Poly (202) and at too high of an RPM to use effectively in a truck. The motors of that year were chocked by smog equipment, however a modified 360 would produce better numbers. Now what cam? If the cam manufacturer is known, you may be able to get some performance data to see if they claimed a 10%-20% etc. improvement over stock and then do the math. Is the carb changed? Are there headers? Intake manifold stock? There are so many variables that you can only use the stock figures as a baseline guestimate. I would note that a stock 318 with a 4bbl carb also produced 170 HP that year, so the 360 was not much to write home about during the first years of pollution control devices, which really harmed the motors and ruined fuel economy. It does have potential, if you have enough dollars.
