Mine are 12V. They were on my Carryall when I got it. They cut the interior header to get those long shafts through the existing holes, and they looked really silly sticking out there. I couldn't find any numbers on mine like the number you gave. I might guess they are 6V just because a 6 appears in that number.
I think I (we) need the shafts and mounting brakcets off a Power Wagon to make these work. I haven't found any for a price I was willign to pay.
