I too have delt with VPW for years and never had a problem with an order or a bit of sarcasm. Even if I asked the same question twice because I didn't understand it, the first time he EXPLAINED it to me. YEAH I SAID EXPLAINED it to me!
How many Co. will take time out to explain
how, why and what could happen. With out saying....
"for technical assistance please dial"
only to have that person accidentilly push the hang up button instead of the hold button.

Nobody's perfect
Hat's off to VPW and all of the other dealers that catter to our becon call.
Look on the bright side they don't charge us $60 to $85 per call/order.

Just my $1.00 worth I lost my cents years ago.
