Did I have to make dies? Only about 3 or 4 tons of them! Cost is what's killing me, never mind that ever-elusive profit. But it's not over yet - I'm just taking a break to regain my composure, and do some serious thinking about things, now that orders are filled. Production of the remaining sets will resume after the VT Rally, and major decisions will be made sometime after that. As far as any new products are concerned, they'll have to get in line, as I'm very busy with the current crop of new products. And fenders is something I'd love to do, but it would entail more equipment/costs than my building/financial resources could handle at the moment, but as we say in the business; "We're working on it"!
