Walk around in various parts of several acres and look up to see the directions of their flight paths. Eventually find the nest. Wait nearby after sunset with half a coffee can of gasoline and half can of dirt. As it gets darker, fewer return. Finally it is getting almost too dark to see, and only one returns in a minute. Pour the gas, then dirt into their hole. You can hear this muffled roar, deep in the earth. I've done it about six times.
