Maybe you caught them on a bad day too. We all have them. I have placed more orders than I would like to think about with them and have never been dissatisfied with the service. I almost always have dealt with Steve, and he has always been pleasant and very knowlegable. Everywhere has backorders and nobody likes them, most of all the venders. I am sure they would have given you their best guess for delivery time if you had called. I feel that their commitment to customer service is excellent.
