1941 frame and running gear, with a 1 1/2t cab. Note the filler hole in cab. If factory original, wouldn't a 1 1/2t have a longer wheel base? And pre-war VC's had dish wheels... wish he posted better pics of undercarriage, the early 1 1/2t's had a 2 piece front axle housing.. wait for Gordon to weigh in....
