overheating

Now that we're getting our two weeks of summer the PWGN is overheating badly, I have however doen the following, acidised the block twice, new waterpump, new rad, advanced the timing as far as it can go, blocked the heater hose circuit in case it was favoring the heater loop rather than the rad. The only thing I'm missing is a rad shroud as this is a 265 conversion. All the bits are stock WM300 including the rad, suggestions would be welcomed.
