I used to have an RV storage yard. In CA the law says you can lien it for back storage and if not claimed in 60 days, it is yours, no fees, no lawyers, just file the papers with the DMV and the county court. The DMV will send you a clean title for about $45. You can also quick claim it in 30 days here for a small additional fee.
Instead of the theatrics posted here repeatedly, why don't you just go to your state DMV office or county court house and find out what the proceedure is and quietly lien the dang thing and be done with the whole mess. No lawyers, no hassels, no storage collection, no more soap opera.
