Many of us appreciate your comments and efforts here. Please don't let one person dissuade you from replying in the future. I've been a Service Tech and Service Manager for my entire adult life and I continue to learn every day from other's experience. Experience can never be replaced by books or classroom training. My Service Tech's constantly ask for "On The Job" training or to work with someone with experience after receiving classroom training because neither method can cover everything. As for those that don't want the benefit of someone else's experience, they can move on to another post...
