Due to the size of the box, its oversize with UPS or Fedex, and as you found, oversize is expensive. I live in NY and bought my headliner kit from Roberts Motor Parts in Mass. I dont remember shipping cost, but it was reasonable, yet high. Kit was nice and fit well.
