Being here in the UK there will either be a local distributor or a British equivalent I suppose.
I found the CR website and I'd saved the size list, so when I get round to it I should have enough info to do the job.
At $40 each and around six per vehicle (yes, I know, I'm a cheapskate) NOS yokes wouldn't be that much more expensive, but then if yokes aren't readily available sleeves would be the way to go.
