Sleeving yokes

I've got a few drive yokes here from axles and transfer cases that are fine, except the seal running areas are totally shot.

I've heard a lot about speedi-sleeves, and thought I might try a few to reclaim these yokes and save a bit of money (I'm Scottish, you know...)

Anyone have a handle on what sleeves, from who, will work on 1940 and 41 half ton yokes? I think the seal area was the same regarless of the yoke type, so I probably just need to buy a small box of the things.

How do you fit them ? slide them on, glue them one, what?
