OK, so I dropped and A or B here and there! Actually the CJ low hoods, CJ3B and the M38 and M606 overlapped quite a bit depending upon which motor and manufacturer you are talking about, which is even more confusing considering the Toledo Plant must of had the assembly line going in BOTH directions.... = )
It never ceases to amaze me how many different models were built when total production was so low. Try that today when ordering your vehicle without power steering and the salesman will just give you a blank stare. I like that web page also, although there is some conflicting information there and in almost every source of information regarding those years. Even factory information is suspect, since D/C Jeep did not pay real close attention to the archives of AMC, Kaiser and Willys.
