Very interesting. I would love to know what the allowable tolerance is on the bushing. I thought about making my own (which I could) but just buying the material and putting my labor in was close to the price of the bushings off the shelf. Unfortunatley I just don't know what the tolerance is. It could be the extra clearance is for the grease. Who knows.
