see if they have a wiring harness for your rig. their quailty is exellent and the harnesses are well labeled and superior to the orig mopar stuff. you can have them add / delete circuits to meet the current and future needs of the truck.
they also have universal pickup harnesses. a 78 shouldnt have too much by the way of wiring when you get down to it.
