Hi Dana,
It probably could be moved, we have those guys here also. It is right in the middle of Burlington (thats Vermont for City). If I was just about to build one it might make sense but I am not, although I would love to, you can never have too much garage space. There is a company here which specialises in deconstruction and they will salvage the whole place. Needless to say, it wont end up in a dumpster.
