The reason they would not do it was because there was too much sidewall steel cord damage. They felt that the integrity of the tire would be compromised too much for safe use. I am not going to argue! I feel life is worth more than the cost of a tire.
by the way..the charges are misdemeanor! Not felony! And I have not been to court yet!!!
