One of those extra levers in the cab will be for the dump bed, and the other one is probably for a two-speed rear.
The body is nice. It's short and curved not for any aesthetic reason but to keep the capacity down and stop overloading (if you pile earth on it the overload will fall off)
It all looks standard 39 to me, except the top lights on the headlights which suggest very late 1939 as these lights I normally associate with 1940 civilian trucks.
If it was down the road from me and that price I'd have it. I could even afford to find a front bumper.
