I assume they check for cracks in the head when they machine it and you installed the head gasket correctly. Take off the intake/exhaust manifold and then refill with water. You may have a crack in one of the ports. When you find the one that water is comming out of, take out the spark plug and look in the cylinder for water. If you find some, suck it out and refill the radiator and watch in the cylinder for rising water which would indicates a cracked cylinder. Take out the oil dip stick and look for white sludge indicating water is getting into the oil. If you find the block is cracked, I would look for another block instead of repairing the crack
