I can appreciate your assertion. However, the point here is that BigE is no longer in operation. I offer a structure to replace that which is no longer in existence.
If the BigE people who are currently homeless were to participate in the PWA's dedicated M-series forum, you would have your same response time that you remark upon, and you would have e-mail notification of those responses.
