The Dodge Shop manual shows to use a flat punch, and drive on the slot edge to break free. Same to tighten. SOunds crude, but that is in the manual with pictures. Thats why many/most of those screws have messed up edges. I can scan the Shop manual page and send it to you if you want to see the recomended procedure. I have also used a hand held impact screw driver that you wack with a hammer also works.
