According to Dave at VPW: I will have to take the next largest style drill bit and drill the hole out in the wiper arm. This configuration is the way the original was, just one size bigger and the arms will tighten down onto the hex shaft. Let me know.

I will give it a try, and hope I don't ruin the wiper arms.
