I've seen it happen... from expanding air inside a vehicle, and used to have to write up reports (so folks could file an insurance claim) but in a Power Wagon?!? Not known for being sealed up tight like newer cars. There should be room for the air to expand through the many holes in the floor, firewall, cowl, etc. But, stranger things have been known to happen!!
