I'm gonna try a 3,000psi pressure washer to knock off the loose stuff, then a phosphoric acid wash, prime and paint. I want it clean enough so as I can work underneath it without getting rust flakes in my eyes. I'll save my effort for driving it, rather than waxing my frame.
