In other words, take a chevy bellhousing and cut it, and take a Dodge bellhousing and cut its transmision mount end which has the long mounting to frail rail ears, and weld the two together.
Yes, thats it.
But, before cutting and welding, one must do a lot of measuring and try to properly mate depth wise the Dodge tranny input shaft to the proper depth of the chevy flywheel.
