O/T Jeep question

I just removed a governor and a carb from a flathead 4 Willys engine that was lying in the back of a truck I bought. They both are in fairly good condition and are complete. The words "willys" and "JEEP" are cast into the head of this engine. How can I tell what model of JEEP this engine came from and any thoughts on how much these items are worth?
