Little Over Kill but with the right pump you could. Adapting a small enought to the PTO might be hard. Here is a PAVC Variable Volume Pump I have that puts out 65 cc per Rev @ 3,000 psi.Max 55hp. I would like to adapt this one to my PTO for a Water Pump and Winch for my Truck. Mark H.
