I have used Soundown products for noise controls in boats and have had a great deal of success. I have tried to attach a link to their web site. Their web site gives enough information to figure out what needs to be done, but here are some hints:

1. To stop sound from going through something all the holes have to be sealed with something about as heavy as the rest of the wall. They make "loaded vinyl" for this. It is like regular plastic material but much denser. Foam doesn't help.

2.If after stopping up the holes if it is still too loud ther are two other things you can do: Put absorbative material in the cab or add another layer of heavy barrier where the noise is coming through. If you put another layer of barrier you should separate it from the existing layer with a "decoupling layer" of foam.

3. It is only worth while to work on your loudest nois source.

4. Besides goin through the air, sound can be conducte through structure. The best way to stop this is to interupt the path with a vibration isolator. You can also put dampening material on any resonating surfaces.
