Wanted to let everyone know I was home.
I didn't travel as much as some of you so I won't complain.

I topped out my camera at 662 photo's and about 25MB of video of the saw at the square.
Not all photo's are of trucks, some are of Bonaparte, The Round Barn and the Heritage Museum in Mt. Pleasant on Sunday.
If you would like a copy on CD, send me your address.

I would like to thank Dave and VPW for the event. Being my 2nd year w/o a truck, it was more enjoyable and I think the change in format (Friday) was much better.

Would like to thank Ron(Indiana) for taking me out on the trail rides and letting me drive your extra truck in the parade! :o)

Al Shockley for delivering my tires. Will(Michigan) For bringing my tires to Michigan.

Marty for letting me ride in his twin turbo'd 93 Dodge. (hope you got home safe and sound with 2,200 miles one way) Very nice to meet you as well.

Judd for the gloves and the good conversation.

CC Sammy for meeting you and chatting.

Paul and Tammy was nice to meet you. Haven't tried the syrup yet.

Dave, it was nice seeing you again. I expect to see your telephone truck next year!

Tim from Vermont, thanks for the ride to hy-vee. I saw you leave about 2am saturday night. I was sitting in my car waiting for the lighting to pass...

I tried to meet everyone from Michigan this time. I think there is enough interest to do something up in our neck of the woods.

Bruce(Florida) Nice seeing you again. Let me know if you want to sell ok? :o)
I met the infamous Purple Momma (Jill)

I want to thank the Adams and Kerr's for allowing us to go to their properties to have some type of trail riding experience. I haven't been to the Kerr's yet, but I hope to in future years if all goes well. Thanks, it makes the event that much more well rounded.

I know there are others...

On my way home, I went to a farm along I-57 in Illinois where I have seen a PW sit in the same spot for over 10 years. Stopped on by, the elderly lady answered the door smiling. I inquired about the dodge and she said "No, it's not for sale and please don't go look at it". So Eric, I couldn't even get you photo's of the vin #'s.... Also said probably over 500 people have stopped by asking about the dodge... gee, I wonder why??

Well, I had a great time and look forward to building/finding me a truck to take next year!
