Yea, I personally Dont care for optioned out vehicles anyhow. I do like a cloth bench seat and sliding back window..but thats really about it. When you start getting into these vehicles with power everything, then you have more things to break on you and cost more to fix and maintain. I like hand crank windows, No AC No tilt. I figure if I wanted a comfy ride, Id buy a car... Heck if they still sold trucks with Manual steering, brakes, 3 on the tree, and kingpin Ibeam front axle on a 2wd, Id buy a new truck in a minute! I'd buy a full size inline six cyl shortbed manual trans truck to use as my daily beater for work, then a stripped down 3/4 or single wheel 1 ton 4X4 to use as my work and haulin truck. Once in a great while, I end up with a truck with power Windows and locks, and shure, I run them..but once they quit working right, I scrounge up a set of manual window and manual lock doors, paint em to match, and put them on...Solves that problem! I live in the nasty salt belt, and drive down alot of dirt roads, so aluninum wheels are just a pain in the butt...Constant rim leaks and then when you gotta change a flat, they corrode themselves to the truck! Give me a set of stamped steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps...Good to go, problem solved. Single tone paint is all I need, No chrome..even better! I guess this is why I like Power wagons so much..Simple no frills get the job done truck...and if it were practical for me to drive a 45MPH Power Wagon as a daily driver, I would..but going to work, if you go less than 65, they run you right off the road....that and 9 MPG would kill me......

Forever stuck in the last century...
