My local hardware has lots of packs of bare lugs. I solder them and slip heat shrink up over the lug.
I lover shrink tube. I uses it over every joint I do. No more electrical tape for me. I also get the larger sizes and use it over a wiring harness that I make. Soooooo much cleaner than electrical tape and it is easier to remove.
