I used a Hayden 15" thinline fan in puller mode (between engine and radiator) in my Cummins M37 since the engine as I got it was not set up for a mechanical fan and I wanted to push it as far forward as I could anyway... Hayden fan came as a pusher (in front of radiator) but is designed to be "flipped" into a puller (between radiator and engine).

Got mine at PepBoys or Advance Auto. Can be configured to run with a temp switch in the radiator (plug type screwed into the radiator or one that slips into the water neck between the hose and pipe). Mine is a 12volt, but the Hayden catalog lists other voltages, sizes, and configurations...
