Running Temperature

Running Temperature Question.

The past two times I've drive the PW making sure I'm ready for the Iowa Rally, I've noticed the Running Temperature is half way between the 160 and 212.

The radiator can easily be seen through and the water/anti-freeze is good.

Is this a normal area for these trucks? I was running it at road speeds (4th not quite wide open).
