Air Pressure depends upon Load & Speed
Air carrys the load the tire is a chamber
to hold the Air. the load rating (ply) is the
index of the chamber strength.
check the Michelin site and there should be a
chart with the air for load & speed
low air on the road kills the tire
heat build up kills tires
a simple check is to inflate the tires to
about 36-40 psi (cold) and drive for 10 miles with the load you will have and at the speeds which you will drive on your trip. then check the air pressure. the buildup should be no more than 2 psi if it is more then your starting pressure was to low. when the tires are cool then add a few more #s pressure and start again.

a little more air wont hurt anything but perhaps you bottom
