I just finished the last bottle of Maple Wheat Beer that I made with Paul's syrup. I made that beer over a year ago.
It was OK after a few weeks but, like fine wine, after a year in the bottle it was downright tasty!! All of the alcohol taste/burn was gone. Nice wheat flavor with a hint of maple in the after taste.....yyuuummmmy. I wish I would have saved more of it.
