ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH THESE WINCHES?

I have a Hickey 9,000 sidewinder (drum lays down and spools cable from the side rather than the bottom) on my 68 power wagon. I was using it a few weeks ago and it broke. The top spur gear (roughly the same diameter as the spool, on top) lost a few teeth. I guess the worm gear got hungry!!!
anyhow, does any one have any parts or know where to get any for this winch?
