I'm not sure where Craig is on the money front, I'll try and talk with him about it today, he's proud and very strong, lives by himself with no wife or kids kind of a loner really. I guess the building was owned by his aunt and she carried no insurance on it! I'm not sure if Craig has any coverage of his belongings?
