First off, lovely truck.
Wrong engine will hurt the price a little but many buyers will not care - they just want a parade ready WC. Restorers can swap the engine if them must have a WW2 dated engine. being the DOdge's of the era did not have matching engine and frame numbers, swapping in another engine is perfectly acceptable. The winch is a $1000 bonus. You have the tiny items for the troop seats ect - which saves lots of time to finish the truck.
Assuming the frame was cleaned off and painted, new wiring and all rubber parts were installed, in PA, I would say your truck will easily sell for $7000, so ask for a bit more. You could Ebay it for more but you have to offset that by the fees.
