Tucker tire at http://www.tuckertire.com/ might be a good source. They are great folks to deal with and if they don't handle them they can probably tell you who can. There is also an AC forum at http://www.allischalmers.com/forum/forum_list.asp that seems to have some pretty good knowledge. AC's were a pretty common tractor and you might also see if there are any tractor salvage yards in your area that may have them.
If you know of a good welder it is possible to cut out the bad section of the rim and replace it with a donor, so you might get away with just one-even if it is junk. Just use it to patch your existing rims and redrill the holes for the valve stems.
