Windshield Frame Disassembly - Help

I'm in the process of my Windshield Frame Disassembly and the eight screws (4 on each side) are stuck, well 6 of the 8 that is.

Any recomendations on how to get them out and not do any damage?

The only other screw I've found is the one in the top center divider. Are there any others?
