Are all M-37s soft-tops?

A local classified ad for a 1952 M-37 caught my attention.
Especially since it only had 9,800 (nine thousand eight hundred)
miles on it. I was disappointed when I found out it didn't have
a hard-top. I assume all M-37s are soft-tops. Is that right?
Is there a kit to make one a hard-top? It was out of reach for
me anyway at $4,000 (I'm 17-years-old). One more thing. Would
it be practical to use this "all original" truck daily, or would
it break down often? Thanks in advance for replying. :)
